About us

A real estate group rooted in the Canary Islands

ERJA Canarias is the business group that brings together our real estate activity across the islands. We work in buying and selling homes, long-term rentals, vacation rentals and investment in real estate projects.

Our way of working rests on three principles: transparency in every transaction, real knowledge of the local market, and long-term commitment to owners, buyers and tenants.

In recent years we have extended our reach: we also carry out real estate activity in mainland Spain and abroad, currently in Paraguay.
